These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FAME Universal website and any managed social-media services we provide. FAME Universal is a media company operated by RMG Universal Brands LLC ("FAME Universal," "we," "us"). By using this site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1 · About FAME Universal

FAME Universal is the in-house media company of the RMG Universal family. We run social media for our own brands and offer the same operation as a paid, managed service to artists, DJs, models, creators, and other businesses ("Services").

2 · Inquiries, Not Contracts

Submitting the inquiry form starts a conversation; it does not create a binding agreement to provide Services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific results, audience growth, or performance.

3 · Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use this site or request Services.

4 · Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false information, spam, or another person's data without authorization.
• Do not use the site to upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Do not request Services for content that is unlawful or that violates the policies of the platforms on which content would be published.

5 · Intellectual Property

The FAME Universal name, emblem, wordmark, site design, and content are owned by RMG Universal Brands LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Where we create content for a client, ownership and usage rights are defined in the applicable service agreement. You retain rights to materials you provide to us and grant us the limited rights needed to perform the Services.

6 · Third-Party Platforms

Our Services involve third-party social platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook), each governed by its own terms. You are responsible for complying with those platforms' rules, and we are not responsible for their availability, decisions, or actions.

7 · Disclaimers

The site and any information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8 · Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAME Universal and RMG Universal Brands LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Liability relating to paid Services is governed by the applicable service agreement.

9 · Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

10 · Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11 · Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
